A 20 day journey toward your full-body mobility potential. Each day’s mobility flow presents an opportunity to celebrate your progress. You will do each day twice. This is because muscle memory is real and it will take repetition to lock in the benefit of mobility training. This program is recommended three/four days a week but if you have more or less time feel free to choose your own journey. If you miss a few days simply continue with the program on the following day. Consistency is key and rest days are just as important. As you commit to these routines, remember to listen to your body, honor its needs and look forward to the improvements along the way.
